Well perhaps it is possible for you to follow in Fred The Bear's footsteps, with a short buzz cut and perhaps a thinning crown. I really don't know. I cringe sometimes when I see guys giving each other graft estimates and specific surgical advice (etc) on an online forum, there are many factors including many things we can't know or see in a photo. It would be a smart idea to go visit some high-rated clinics in person, and see some of their average patients up close. Gather opinions, take notes, see who seems to be making sense and who seems full of ****. Learn as much as possible, while taking no action at this time, only learning more and considering the options. Not doing surgery should remain one of your options, hair transplants are not a magical solution. It's a really big decision and for best results, everything needs to go right the first time. So take your time with this. If you are desperate or in a hurry, that is seriously not good.

All the time. The hair greed is real. You always think it's not enough, and you lose sight of where you would be if you had not had anything done.

No, not that, I find my new hair line even better than my original one. It was too straight and kid-like when I shaved my head.

More density, the ability to grow it a little longer, and of course fixing the crown one and for all. But I don't think it's worth the money and trouble right now.

At least not as much as it was to gain back that crucial hair line and the front half of my scalp covered.

Yes, I have had many hair transplants, and most of my experiences are negative. I am a repair patient, I had disastrous results with plugs, and then some disastrous results from incompetent repair surgery using body hair. I see there is a 100 post minimum before posting a thread about personal experiences which name a specific doctor. After I hit that mark, I'll post about my background.

They/you made a good decision with that one. Actually Scandinavian_guy, that's going to be one of your potential issues. It will be smart to transplant a higher hairline than what you currently get from your 'piece. Can you accept that?

I'm in my 50's, my first HT was in 1982 at age 21. I shouldn't have gotten a HT, I was too young for them to operate on. They were very crude surgeries and I didn't understand what I was getting into. "Stay ahead of hair loss" was a slogan of the clinic, but faulty logic if you understand HT. It can cause weak at-risk hairs to fall out.
我现在50多岁，我的第一次做植发是在1982年的时候，那个时候我21岁。我本不应该做HT的，那个时候他们给我做手术的时候我还太年轻。那个时候他们做的手术十分的拙劣，我根本不知道接下来在我身上将会发生什么。“保持对脱发的领先”是这个诊所的口号，但是如果你要是懂得什么是HT的话那么你就会发现这个一个错误的逻辑。它能导致损伤的头发脱落。

Since then I've had a lot of repair surgeries including BHT. Some of those grafts grew, while others didn't grow and were a huge waste of money.
自从那次之后，我又接受了很多外科手术这其中也包括BHT。这其中有些移植长了头发，但是其他的并没有长头发，真是太浪费钱了。

Plug grafts to start with, and most recently BHT (that's body hair transplant). Three massive sessions of BHT, none of which grew. I don't want to hijack your thread though, this should really be your topic!

It would be brilliant if Fred himself would take the time to meet you so you could check him out in person, however a lot of guys are hesitant to meet others so that might not be doable.

应该是要分几次做的，他好像把以前戴假发的地方都剃光了，但还是有毛囊在的。
