楼主，你好。我也是一名遗传性脱发患者，今年也34了。我脱发已经4级以上了，并没有吃什么药，最近只是吃点B2、6，我从去年10月下旬开始食疗和运动，现在脱发很少。想问问你，锯棕榈能生发么？另外，你说的中药喷剂是啥啊？网上查了，也不知道是哪个？怕买错了，起副作用。

Can Saw Palmetto Stop Hair Loss?
As you may already know some hair loss may be attributed to dihydrotestosterone or DHT. When the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, which is found in the scalp, comes in contact with the hormone testosterone DHT is formed. DHT disrupts the normal operation of the hair follicles thereby causing hair loss. Theoretically if DHT is removed from the equation hair should regrow.

Some believe that Saw Palmetto prevents testosterone from converting into DHT. If true then it may have some effect upon hair loss. Unfortunately there are no scientific studies showing a significant drop in DHT levels after taking Saw Palmetto.

The bottom line is that a cursory look at how Saw Palmetto works could lead one to believe that it would be effective for hair loss or regrowth but to this point it has not been proven.

Possible Side Effects of Saw Palmetto
Potentially bothersome (although not usually serious) side effects of saw palmetto may include:

1.Dizziness （头晕眼花）
2.Headaches （头疼）
3.Nausea and vomiting （反胃、呕吐）
4.Constipation or diarrhea （便秘、腹泻）
5.Decreased sex drive （性欲下降）
6.Impotence (also known as erectile dysfunction, or ED) （阳痿）
7.Breast tenderness （乳房疼痛）
8.Gas （这个不会翻译了）
9.Loss of appetite. （食欲不振）

以上是锯棕榈的副作用，不知道楼主有没有这些病症，你吃它多久了？

Although there have been some lab studies showing that saw palmetto can inhibit 5-alpha-reductase, there are no well-designed clinical studies showing that saw palmetto can cause hair growth, or stop hair loss or baldness from progressing.
看看这句话（一个老外的诊断）：尽管已有某些实验室研究表明，锯棕榈能够阻止...还原酶，但还没有很好的临床研究表明，它能够促进头发生长或阻止脱发或光头。
