婴儿与脱发

我相信很多人可以容易地回答这个问题，在过去的几天里，这个问题一直在我的心里。当一个婴儿出生，它有很多细薄的头发，然后随着年龄的增大，他们开始长毛，头发变得更厚。我的问题是：婴儿刚出生时体内少了哪种元素，导致了头发稀薄呢？是否婴儿缺乏的那个元素，和导致我们脱发的元素一样呢？我知道这是一个非常愚蠢的问题，但我很好奇，想看看是否有任何联系。

I'm sure someone can easily answer this, but it has been on my mind the past few days. When a baby is born a lot of them have very fine thin hair, then as they get older they start to grow hair and it becomes thicker. Well what is the baby missing when it is first born that causes the hair to be so thin? Whatever the baby is lacking could be the same that is causing mpb. I know its a pretty silly question but I was curious to see if there was any connection.

专家解答:  婴儿的头发在出生时脱落，并最终被长出的永久性毛发所取代。我不认为其毛发是由薄变厚。

infants have at birth shed and are eventually replaced with terminal hairs. I do not think that the thin hairs get thicker.
