不要脱发

我是一个20岁的男性脱发患者。但是是在脱发初期，所以问题还不太大。我去看了医生，医生推荐使用非那雄胺。但是我不想用。我正考虑攒个10-15年的钱，那个时候头发也掉完了，然后再做植发。
但是我不确定这是否是一种明智的选择？用药是否会影响以后的植发效果？

Since hair loss is progressive and how far it will progress is unpredictable in nature, it would behoove you to work toward getting your hair loss under control now with proven non-surgical treatments Propecia (finasteride) and Rogaine (minoxidil). That's assuming of course, that your ultimate goal is to keep/restore as much hair as possible short and long term. That said, if hair loss doesn't concern you, then perhaps you can go bald gracefully and happily like many other men do. And in 10 to 15 years, who knows? Maybe if you (and all of us for that matter) are lucky, one of the miracle cures like hair multiplication/cloning will be available by then.
