1988年开始用米诺的发友Gumbo Boy ！

gumbo boy是在hairlosshelp论坛看到的，他1988年24岁的时候就在用米诺了。。。今年应该是50岁了吧！能坚持这么长时间，挺让人佩服的。并且最近还在论坛比较活跃。

hairlosshelp论坛好像搜索不了某个发友之前发的帖子。所以对于gumbo boy当时用米诺的恢复情况还不太清楚。有空再仔细找找。以下是他给另一发友的回帖。

I have actually used minoxidil continuously since about 1988 (or whatever year it first came out). I was 24 at that time and I would say a NW 2.5. At the start, I used 2% minox, because that was all that was available. A 60 ml bottle costs around $50 and you had to have a prescription to get it. I used that until 5% minox came out (I can't remember when that was). Then I used varying solutions from 5% to 15% over the years. I finally settled on 5% foam because it dries quickly and is less hassle than the liquid. I've been using minox for so long that I'm not sure it really does anything anymore, but I'm afraid to stop because of the research I've read. Apparently you lose any results you initially gained and that happens within a month or two after you quit. I don't want to find out if that is true in my case.

国外好像没有这样的说法。有很多用两年以上维持效果的。

我猜，说用2年就没效果的人，应该是一遇到暂时脱发量增多就放弃用药了。
