植发第一周感受小短文

本人年29岁有余，即将而立之年，然脱发的烦恼亦伴随至今。回想毕业之初，意气风发，“长发及腰”，不甚唏嘘。在与5α还原酶和雄性激素多年的战斗中，由于战略上的错误判断及战役中的失误，导致在“保卫头发”的这场斗争中一败涂地，败给了他们联合产生的一个强大的敌人：双氢睾酮（Dihydrotestosterone 即DHT），不幸成为了一名雄激素性脱发#(不高兴)（androgentic alopecia 简称AGA）患者。这场争夺头发失败而引起的悲剧还在继续发孝。经过多年不懈的“努力”，衣橱里衣服没增加，帽子却多了起来，棒球帽、篮球帽、空心帽、遮阳帽、保暖帽等，成为帽子收集者，一年四季出门必备之物，且各种遮羞手段都拿出来试用，出门可以不带手机，必须得带帽子。心里总盼望着“双氢睾酮”这个敌人能自己撤退。然而事实证明，盘根在头顶的这块巴掌大领土上的“帝国主义”，是不会轻易走人的，敌人毁坏的土地也不会自己恢复的。得借助更强大的帮手赶走敌人，重建领地。“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”，时代在发展，敌人却原地踏步，还是那些老套的进攻手段（即：5α还原酶与雄性激素作用成DHT，DHT会导致脱发）。本人经过多年需找，终于寻得强大的盟友，时不我待，赶紧联络。经过双方“你情我愿”的试探后，终于会面，一见如故，在双方紧张、活泼、团结、友好的氛围下，深入沟通，紧密合作，制定了一套针对这片 “丢失多年的领土”的重建解决方案。
第一步，也是最重要的一步，在敌人眼皮底下，移花接木（从后枕部取发移植到脱发区），重建家园。由于本人当初战斗力渣渣，丢失领土过多，罪过罪过！本双方制定计划是偷偷移植4000个希望的种子，但是奈何后枕部资源不够，故而减少到3500个！郁闷！心碎！但凡事得一分为二的看问题，少500个种子，重建资金可以省一点嘛。况且，在侦察过丢失的领土后，发现部分领土还孕育着希望的种子，没有被完全毁灭，后期多施点肥料，还能在发芽壮大，变成“小树林”。双方一拍即合，在某年某月某日，发动突然进攻，在短短的几个小时内，在本人积极的配合下（其实手术台上睡着了），盟友成功从敌人没有占领的后枕部，采摘了很多种子，输送移植到战斗一线，成功取得辉煌战果，战斗力果然强大。
第二步，也是更重要的一步，赶走敌人！就是抑制DHT！怎么赶，用枪？不行！得用重火力！从盟友处取得半年基数的弹药，即非那雄胺和米诺，这还不够，得是进口的核弹头（进口非那雄胺，纯度高！）。
第三步，抱歉没了！本人才结束第一步不到一星期多，还未有效果。
总结：个人觉得植发后，万事大吉的思想要不得，药物和保养尤其重要。头发恢复的过程，不应当仅仅是头顶那些事，更应该是个人作息规律，生活习惯改善的过程。坚信当坚持一年后，头发会茂密、精神会饱满、体力会充沛，这才是发友最重要的收获。

第56天，处于脱落期和生产期，旋涡处和前额部慢慢长长，额头二边和头顶还待生长。

    第72天，可以看出1234区域开始发芽，长出细小的树苗，额头中间施肥比较多，长的茂盛一些。植发后，除了用药和作息，心态也很重要，无需天天照镜，更无需患得患失的心态，发到“桥头”自然长。

第205天，5个月多，没有一天断过用药，米诺和菲娜在坚持服用，没有发现副作用，也没有不良反应。饮食方面每天补充维生素，坚果，葡萄干等利于生发的营养物，可以看到比以往茂密了一些。坚持就是胜利。期待半年以后的效果。

第205天，5个月多，没有一天断过用药，米诺和菲娜在坚持服用，没有发现副作用，也没有不良反应。饮食方面每天补充维生素，坚果，葡萄干等利于生发的营养物，可以看到比以往茂密了一些。坚持就是胜利。期待半年以后的效果。
