这次转载的是hairlosstalk论坛的RSR38的治疗贴。由于某些原因，他没有脱发最严重时候的照片，最早的也是用药3个月时候的。他的脱发情况是全头额稀疏，头顶区域比较严重，前额也稀疏但不算很严重。他脱发是从2007年开始，到2010年38岁的时候开始用药。用的药就是非那，米诺和Nizoral。他自述自己用药3个月的时候觉得掉发开始减少，9到10个月的时候变化最大。

Well, I started traetments with Fin and Minox and Nizoral 13 plus months ago now. I think it has been a tremendous success! I am 39 and had a diffuse NW6 pattern develop from 2007-2010. I lost a ton of thickness and overall hair quality and shaving it was the only style I could pull.

I first noticed positive results at about month 3. Just a cessation of shedding at first. By month 6, things were definitely better cosmetically. By month 9, I was really seeing big changes. The biggest improvement has been from month 10-current. I am still seeing improvement and now I am at month 14.

回答：我是大约3个月的时候开始发现有好转的，当时只是觉得脱发的情况停止了。在6个月的时候外观上看上去明显好了很多。9个月的时候，我真的发现有很大的变化了。改进最大的时候还是从10个月开始的。现在已经14个月了，我仍然发现有继续改善。)

Sorry I missed a few questions. Been less interested in hair loss forums because I don't think about it as much. I am at 17 months into the Big 3 and still making progress. I took my 16 month pics and then promptly shaved my head to a #1. Too hot in Florida in the summer for long hair... （抱歉有些问题没回答，由于我已经不太在意脱发，所以也很少关注脱发论坛。我现在已经用药17个月了，仍然在改进。我拍了用药16个月时候的照片，然后就剃掉了头发，在弗罗里达的夏天留长发太热了）

Well I haven't updated in a while, but here are some pics from 26 months. As you can see, I am growing out my hair. I have not been able to do this since I was in mid 30's (5-6 years ago). My hair density is really good now and it is still getting better each month even though I shed 100 or more hair per day. （我有一段时间没更新了，下面是用药26个月时候的照片。你可以看到，我留了长发。我从我35岁左右就没能再留这么长的头发了。我现在的头发真的很好，并且每个月都在不断改进，尽管我每天掉100多根头发。）ps:头发恢复了有必要这么妖孽吗？

Okay, I'll clarify... The pics I have posted as baseline are from July 4th weekend 2010. So they ARE my 3 month "bottom out" after starting Minox in March 2010 and adding Fin in April 2010. I don't have any pics of my hair untill the ones I took in July, in fact I used to delete them all because I hated the sight of my diffuse mpb. I really never started out intending to document this whole process, although I wish i would have done it precisely. Anyway, I did take lots of pics during months 4 on, however they are all on my EX girlfriend's computer and she left me to be a lesbian, so we don't talk anymore. That's why my pics skip from month 3-11 on this forum. I did post constant updates and pics on the other forum, but not so much on here and now i just don't have any pics other than this one I found from month 5-6 I believe.

（好吧，我澄清下，我给的最早的照片是2010年7月4号拍的，也就是我在3月份用米诺以及4月份用非那之后拍的，是我治疗3个月后的照片。我没有更早的照片了，事实上我把它们全给删了，因为我讨厌我当时脱发的样子。我一开始本没打算记录这一过程，然而我现在到希望我这么做了。不过我有拍用药4个月的照片，但他们在我前女友电脑里，可是她甩了我，去做女同了。。。所以我们没再联系了。这也是为什么我用药3个月到11个月的照片没有了。我在其他论坛也有更新照片，但在这里更新的最多，下面的我仅存的应该是用药5到6个月时候的照片）ps;这哥们悲剧啊，前女友甩了他跑去做女同了。

I seem to always shed, but my hair keeps getting better. A few times it seemed to increase, but I never saw a real decline in hair after a shed. On the contrary, it always looked better month by month, regardless of shed hair numbers. I have had no side effects worth mentioning. Thanks!
（我似乎一直有掉头发，但总体上头发是在变好的。有几次好像脱发有增多，虽然如此但我也从来没见到发量有所减少。相反，无论怎么掉，头发反而是变得越来越好。我没有任何用药的副作用值得去提及。谢谢！）
