可兰的效果真的那么好吗？发友们来帮我看看

发友们大家好，，今年三十多岁，男性，属于遗传性脱发，头顶特别脱的厉害，前额现在也开始日渐稀疏，本人一直都有在用保法止和可兰米诺地尔，虽然还么有出现很明显的效果，但是至少现在我的头发已经不像以前那样掉得那么厉害了。可是现在不掉头发，头发长的也好慢，我开始有担心。前几天在国外的网站上又看到，一个国外发友仅仅使用可兰几个月，效果就那么显著。让我非常郁闷，为什么我都用了半年多了，还是只能保持呢？
